Arriving in Moscow, you'll need to get to Krasnoyarsk or to Abakan by air. The flight usually takes about 4.40 hrs. There are regular domestic flights from Moscow by Aeroflot, AirUnion or Vladivostok Avia.
Then you'll need a transfer from airport to Shira village. It takes 5-6 hours to get to Shira from Krasnoyarsk, and about 2 hours from Abakan.
